In 2021 they launched their product, and so far with great success by having grown close to 50 FTE and happy clients such as Zalando, Young Capital, and HelloFresh. Having seen success in Germany, we’re now searching for a German speaking Lead Account Executive to further expand this region!

Your role as Country Lead

  • Setting up the GTM in Germany
  • Expand the client base of German customers by being responsible for the full cycle
  • Build a team of BDRs, marketeers, and Customer Support
  • Take the customer feedback to the product team in order to improve the PMF to Germany
  • Build (and expand) your network/community of HR and Financial stakeholders

Who are you?

  • Native German speaker
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Track record selling to C-Suite in Germany
  • Experience working in a startup environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with other departments such as marketing & product
  • Passionate builder with a strong hunting mentality
  • Leadership/management experience is a plus
  • Experience setting the GTM strategy for Germany is a plus
