Paris-based Ankorstore is reinventing the way people do wholesale, fighting the big giants such as Amazon or Bol.com. The company is doing that by providing tools for brands to distribute their goods, inspiring retailers, and helping both to sell products that cannot usually be found on major e-commerce sites or large retail chains. Their mission is to make sure that the vibrant retail European scene stays alive, allowing this concept stores to rise.

What are you going to do?
The dynamics of brands and retailers are central to our strategy. Our clients are professionals who expect excellent service and assistance to be successful. We are looking for exceptionally driven talents, motivated to revolutionize independent trade. You report to the Team Leader Brand Success. Furthermore, your role as Brand Success Manager will look like this:
🛍️ Become an expert for brands to support their acquisition of retailers
📊 You are aware of the challenges of retailers and articulate Ankorstore’s value proposition
💸 Generate additional revenue for our brands through education and upsell strategies
📑 Become a trusted agent by providing an effective prospecting and sales strategy
ℹ️ Contribute to product development by providing feedback and requests for new features from our brands
We are looking for someone who has
• Minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a Account Manager or Customer Success role (you will be one of the first employees in this position!)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch (mother tongue) and English
• Your are comfortable with Salesforce
