Account Executive – Benelux
Founded in 2014 by two brothers who saw a great opportunity in the HR Tech space, the company has doubled its staff each year with now more than 100 employees across Paris, London, Belgium, Munich, Lisbon and Amsterdam. After raising €30 million last year, they are now looking to expand their position across Europe. The business has over 500 clients including Decathlon, Unicef, and Dominos and continue to scale in the Benelux.
Your role as an Account Executive
- Being responsible for the whole sales process from A to Z while also having support from marketing and SDR(s)
- You have mastered
- Sales cycle: 2 to 6 months
- Deal size: €40k-60K on average and could go up to €100K
- Track record of closing mid-market software sales deals
- You have sold an HR-Tech platform before (or have a network in HR stakeholders)
- You have mastered methodologies such as SPIN, MEDDIC, and Challenger
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Up to 80K in basic salary
- Double OTE
- Office in Amsterdam with flexible hours
