Our partner has been offering solutions to detect and manage unethical behavior in the workplace for almost 20 years. This company offers a huge growth opportunity as the implementation for this kind of tool will be a requirement for all employers as of the year 2025.

This Dutch company is based in Amsterdam, but present in many countries across Europe (Benelux, DACH, UK, etc.) They are a lean team of about 50 employees who are determined to make an impact.

The package at a glance:
💰 OTE 〜€120,000 (60:40 split)
🏖️ 25 vacation days.
🏠 Hybrid working from Amsterdam (2 days working for home after onboarding)
🚃 Transportation Allowance.

What you bring/Who you are:
- Experience: You have 2-3 years of closing experience in SaaS.
- Personality & Soft skills: You are an advocate for ethics, have a hunter mentality and are a team player.
- Languages: You are a fluent in German (C2+) and English (B2+) speaker.
- Location: You are based in Amsterdam or surroundings, and willing to go to the office 3 times a week.

The job: 
- You will be collaborating with a BDR team, thus receiving most of your leads inbound (75%).
- Your focus will be mostly on demo, negotiation, and closing.
