Your role as BDR Manager

- Train, coach, and manage a strong team of Enterprise BDRs
- Monitor team acitivty on a dialy and weekly basis with live cals, scripts and cadences
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to improve opportunity management and outbound processes
- Plan, hire, and onboard new Enterprise BDRs

Requirements

- 5+ years SaaS sales experience
- 1-3 year experience in managing a team of BDRs
- Hands on leader who is passionate about people management and developing people
- Experience in a dynamic start-up / scale-up environment 
- Fluency in English
