Founded in 2017, this SaaS start-up has grown to 15 FTE and are helping business such as PostNL, Ministery of Defense, and Alliander with the onboarding and training of their employees.

E-Learning is a hot topic these days. This solution emphasizes the uses of video trainings for blue collar workers. Instead of using lengthy classroom sessions and long documented instructions, companies can make their own demo and have their expert or employees share short video instructions.

Your role as Business Development Manager

As BDM, you will directly work with the Founder and CEO and focusing on bringing the commercial side of the organisation to the next level. Mostly you will be responsible bringing in new business, but also thinking with the founder of new ways to grow the commercial engine.

Average deals are land €25K ARR with possibility to expand to €300K ARR +. Sales cycle range from 3 to 6 months and the main stakeholders in processes are Operations directors, IT, and L&D. You will work closely together with 2 consultants/account managers who are responsible for implementation and customer success.

It is mostly a remote role so important that you have certain level of independency and autonomy. You are still excited to visit prospects and clients (yes the old school way!), while also know how to do stakeholders management online.

  • You have experience in closing €20K+ ARR SaaS deals
  • You have an entrepreneurial and go getter mindset
  • You speak fluent in Dutch and English
  • You’re a consultative seller who likes to still visit prospects
  • You have ambition to grow to management / leadership at an exciting SaaS start-up
