Your Role as a Business Development Manager:
As a Business Development Manager, you will hold the dual responsibility of achieving personal sales targets and nurturing their growing SDR team. Your role as a mentor will be vital, guiding SDRs in mastering objection handling, perfecting cold-calling techniques, and mastering effective communication. In the initial phase, your focus will center around inbound leads, leveraging their 20 years of market presence. Their streamlined sales cycles typically span just a week, with an average MRR of EUR50. You'll have the opportunity to explore and engage with up to 85 verticals, selecting those that align with your expertise and interests.

What We Are Looking For:
- A seasoned professional with 2+ years of closing experience, ideally within the website building domain.
- A genuine passion for technology, particularly in the context of website creation and development.
- A background in software sales would be a significant advantage, showcasing your understanding of software-driven solutions.
- Fluent Dutch language skills to facilitate effective communication with local clients.
- A hunter mentality combined with an unwavering hunger for success.
- Previous exposure to the competitive landscape of website building solutions providers is a notable plus.

- Base salary up to 60K and commission up to 40K
