Your Future Employer:

MISSION: Empower accommodation providers to maximize their revenue by optimizing their prices (the average revenue growth of their clients is +30%!)
PRODUCT: a SaaS Solution for the Hospitality Industry that maximizes occupancy and revenue per room through dynamic pricing (taking factors like seasonality and competitors pricing into account).
CULTURE: A collaborative and data/driven team of 140 employees working from DACH, UK, Italy and Spain.

What you bring/Who you are:

  • You have 6-12 months of relevant experience in Hotels, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • You speak German (C2/Native) and English (B2/Fluent).
  • You are based in the European Union.
  • You are hands-on, coachable, a team player, and not afraid to make mistakes on your journey to success.

The job: Gaining market share in the respective region through efficient sale cycle. Here is what that looks like:

  • Outbound & Inbound Prospecting: identify high quality contacts that match the product’s Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Qualify their business characteristics and revenue goals to set appointment for the team of Account Executives.
  • You will be responsible for the first contact of the fast.
  • Conduct data analysis of your pipeline’s performance and integrate the learnings to maximize your success!

The Interview Process:

  1. Screening by Nobel Recruitment (45min).
  2. First Interview 'Chemistry Chat' with Head of Sales (30min).
  3. Case Study Interview with Head of Sales & HR (60min).
  4. Final Interview with CCO & co-founder.
