What you'll be doing 

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and businesses that align with the company's target market and ideal customer profile. 

  • Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through various channels such as emails, calls, and social media to introduce the company's products and services. 

  • Qualification: Assess the needs and pain points of leads to determine whether they are a good fit for the company's offerings. 

  • Nurturing Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with leads over time, providing valuable insights and content to nurture their interest. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead conversion. 

  • Networking: Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand the company's reach and connect with potential leads. 


Who you are: 

  • Fluent English (Fluency in Dutch is a plus) 

  • +6 months of outbound sales experience (mandatory) 

  • Bonus points if you have a BDR/SDR track record in SaaS companies 

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders 

  • You are persistent and a strong self-starter 

  • Bachelor’s degree 

  • Strong interest in technology and desire to grow your career in tech industry
