Requirements

• 5+ years CFO / Financial Director / Head of Finance

• Worked in Luxembourg, having knowledge of local laws and tax system

• Commercial minded, understands when CAC ratio, Churn rate of customers etc.

• Based in Luxembourg

• You have worked in Tech/SaaS/IT companies, ideally start-scale ups

Awarded as one of the top start-ups in Europe. Received more than €5 mio in Seed round and now expanding into Iberia, Nordics, DACH and Benelux.

The team is very intelligent, run by some great minds.

They are first movers in the market, cloud sector towards Enterprise market in EMEA. Created less than 3 years ago, a very impressive growth has already been achieved. The company has 60 employees, expanding fast.

Role

As a CFO in a scale up, your main tasks will be varied. All from the big picture stuff as well as down to day-to-day work.

- Forecasting, optimizing sales metrics and pricing model.

- Optimizing revenue streams

- Raising funding

- You will work with an external team in regard to annual tax reporting, account and payroll

- P&L, reporting to the board, authorities in Luxembourg

- Budget control and cash management

In this role you will have several hats on. Be able to prognose sales numbers and have an outlook into the future. Predict when clients could churn or reduce spending. Almost be the guru who can see into the future.

If you can fulfil the 3 main criteria, then we got to talk!

1). Knowledge of Luxembourg regulation, taxation, financial laws

2). Worked within Tech/SaaS/IT companies. Know the different revenue streams

3). Know how P&L, Cash Flow, Accounting is done by heart.
