They are a multi-cloud management solution and with their unique and customized product, first movers in the market. Their goal is to be €10m+ ARR at the beginning of ’24.
Created 2 years ago, a very impressive growth has already been achieved. The company has 15 employees and continues expanding fast.

Role
They look for hungry, commercially minded & highly accountable individuals who understand the value of joining a startup and what the exposure to founders can do for their personal growth & career. The company is on a relentless mission and need that same level of ambition in their new hires.

This is not going to be a straightforward journey, in fact, quite the contrary and any candidates considering joining them should want to embrace that. It’s a complete Greenfield project for the Benelux region. You are a large enterprise SaaS AE with experience selling low/no-code solutions. You have brought in multiple 6 figure deals in your career and have experience selling to technical DMUs such as CTO, CPO, Head of Engineering, and Head of Data.

The other aspect of the business that creates so much opportunity for a sales executive is the size of the TAM. In essence, any B2B business with a cloud environment. As one of the first people in the go to market commercial team, you have the opportunity to shape the target markets & ICP for them and therefore lay the foundation for future growth. Fast forward 3 years and it could be these AE’s that are regional VP’s and forged the path.

From a cultural perspective, hard work, collaboration & autonomy live in the heart of the organization. It’s a fully remote position, located in the Netherlands 

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Base salary: up to €110k euro yearly
🎯 Bonus: Double OTE, achievable

Requirements
  • 5+ years Lead Enterprise AE experience (Country Opener role)
  • Hungry, commercially minded & highly accountable
  • Experience selling Low/No-code solutions is highly preferred
  • You are comfortable and knowledgeable in the world of Cloud Infrastructure
  • Dutch and/or Flemish native, additionally French a plus
  • You have worked in startups, part of a controlled chaos
