Are you an entrepreneurial Customer Success Manager with a winning mentality? This company has grown in recent years to become the insights and activation partner for clients within Retail and Out-of-Home and is based in Amsterdam.

we are looking for a: Customer Success Manager. The team you will join consists of 9 CSM's situated in 3 markets.
This company provide insights and connect great brands with the most relevant locations in Food Service and Retail. Our key stakeholders are for example Marketeers, Sales & Insight managers at multinationals like Heineken and Coca- cola.
Your role as a Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you are the central point of contact for our customers. You will help your own portfolio of customers on their way to success, work proactively on a partnership and be the process owner of everything we do for them. You are able to manage the perfect Customer Journey. With your commercial insight you are able to identify opportunities and turn them, together with our Sales colleagues, into opportunities that ensure the success of our customers.

Some other key responsibilities are:
- Collaborating with the Sales team to make sure they maximize their investment.
- Act as a trusted advisor for your clients to ensure a strong relationship is built.
- Correct translation of business demand to SaaS products & services
- Binding, surprising and proactively helping customers further
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Bachelor degree
- Foodservice and/or retail passion is a plus. A passion for food also counts ;-)
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- You speak Dutch and English
- The ability to understand their customer needs quickly.
- A track record of driving customer success and a Pasion for technology and data.
- Working across international departments is essential.
