They are taking over the video communication industry by storm with their easy-to-use video communication solution. Their young founders believe that video is the medium of communication of the future and are on a mission to become to go-to tool worldwide. Their fundamental understanding of EU privacy laws and efficient implementation process helps them take on major US competitors in the likes of Loom.
Your role as a Customer Success Consultant
Your role encompasses 2 main parts, onboarding, and expansion. During the 2 monthly onboarding processes, you guide the newly signed clients and help them get started with the tool. This company has been wildly successful in part of using the popular “land and expand model”, meaning that you are also responsible for the expansion within the account and the extension at the end of the contract period.
- Can-do mentality
- Fluent in Dutch (must)
- Experience in sales or Customer Success (preferred)
- Commercially minded
- Comfortable being in front of a camera and taking videos
