Techs….Cloud-Callings….Unicorns. You must have had such thoughts and looking for a new challenge in the customer success role. This unicorn, providing Cloud Calling Solutions is looking to fill up the Customer Success Manger position in Berlin very fast.

About Your New Company

Founded in 2014, this French tech start-up that specializes in cloud-calling solution has been disrupting the telco industry. Pretty much everyone knows the importance of having a reliable and efficient communication system. They work hard on building strong integration and offer a reliable system that will allow an effective communication between different parts of the business. Recently, the company has received another round of funding of €120 Million, which has them reaching the UNICORN status.

Your Challenge

  • As a customer success manager, you will be managing a large portfolio of clients
  • Cross Selling / Upselling
  • As a CS Manager, you need to be proactive you will make sure to keep the churn low
  • You want to become a product expert

 

What is expected from you:

  • At least 6 months of sales experience, Clients Retention is a huge plus
  • You like to build long term relationships
  • You enjoy communication in German fluently
  • Problem solving and prioritizing skills
