Internally, they divide their clients into “growth” and “retention” categories. Right now, they are looking for a new member for their retention customer success team. More about the role below
Your role as Customer Success ManagerYou will be managing your own portfolio of clients, from onboarding through to owning the renewal process. Naturally, you’ll be building and sustaining customer relationships with key stakeholders, help they set strategic KPIs and achieve their goals. As the customer success department is quite mature, you’ll be working in a more proactive manner (objectively assessing account health scores and proactively taking action to improve them to maximize customer retention; Identifying potential risks with key customers and working with customer leadership in solving them)
Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in tech
Fluent in French (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (ability to lead a conversation and translate ideas in a clear manner)
