This innovative low-code platform is shaking the engineering world. They have partnerships with Boskalis, bam, COWI, and other major players in the engineering industry. The founders are successful entrepreneurs that went through a successful exit with their first business in the mid 2010’s. Since 2017, they invested in their second venture and are now fully involved in scaling this company.
They got a seed investment round back in 2020 and since have been in the scale-up phase. The business has not matured to the point where they are investing heavily in Customer Success.
Your role as a Customer Success Manager
You will be working closely with the CEO (currently managing the CS). The goal of the role is to build strong business relationships with the existing portfolio of engineering clients. Due to the complexity of the product, it is important you have a technical background and natural curiosity. The role is not commercial but is more focused on consulting and long-term business relationship building.
A large part of the role is driving adoption and helping the clients to get to use the tool effectively. You can expect your responsibilities to be split like this:
- 25% Launching initiatives for adoption with customers
- 25% Collaboration with sales and product for successful onboarding and expansion
- 25% Building and maintaining strong business relationships with enterprise clients
- 15% Analyze usage metrics
- 10% Improve the customer success journey
What do you need to have?
3+ years of client-facing experience in the engineering industry
MSc in Engineering or another technical discipline
Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch
Based in the Netherlands
