After their success in UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, and the Nordics; the are currently expanding to the DACH region, where they currently have over 1.300 happy clients.


Your role as a Customer Success Manager DACH (m/f/d)

As a CSM you’ll play an essential role in making your clients and your organization successful in the DACH region, with a focus on the commercial side of things: whether it is Up-, or Cross-Selling, renewals and also understanding the clients challenges and really make sure they use all the necessary features to be on top of their game.

Your responsibilities: 
  • Trusted Advisor: Consult and raise awareness to the client regarding all features of the software that make the client more successful
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients - regular meetings
  • Commercial Go Getter: Up-Sell, Cross- Sell, Renew contracts

What do you bring as a CSM?
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
  • You have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales and/or Business Development in SaaS/Tech
  • You understand the difference between persuasive and pushy and choose being persuasive 

What can you expect from this opportunity?
  • Compensation package with Bonus (Base: up to 45k € + 5k OTE)
