Your role as a Customer Success Manager 

The biggest draw for this role undoubtedly lies in the fact you’ll be working in the most revered and respected team at my client. The Enterprise team is comprised of the best talent and secure the biggest and most impactful clients & relationships. Talk about a team that will really accelerate your career… In this role you'll be expected to manage relationships with enterprise customers and helping them to get the most out of the platform. This includes developing roadmaps to help customers overcome roadblocks to success, maximizing their utilization of the platform and ensuring their experience is as positive as possible to prevent churn. That said, there is a strong commercial aspect to this position and you’ll be targeted on account growth and development too. This role is therefore ideal for those who love building relationships and delivering a top level service but also love the thrill and challenge of expanding accounts and relationships. Yes, commercial acumen & very strong communication skills are a must.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will also be expected to spearhead Customer promotions and work together with all the other verticals to ensure the best onboarding and ultimately, a win-win client relationship.

What do you need to have ?
 
- 2+ years of Customer success experience at a SaaS company (ecommerce is a huge pre)
 
- BSc or MSc preferred education
 
 - (Near) Native in the German language and strong knowledge of the English language.

- Strong partnership skill to build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders

- Experience with enterprise accounts
