Customer Success Specialist (Benelux market) – FinTech Unicorn

Then you go to the office next day, fill in tons of paperwork, go to your boss for a sign off, run to accounting to get the reimbursement. Imagine what happens if you forgot the receipt. Clients? Yup, they have them too! 1500+ SMEs, with a few enterprises as well! Well, not too many in Amsterdam yet, but that’s where you come in!

About the Role

You will join a fast-growing team in Amsterdam as (one of) the first Customer Success Specialists. Your focus will be successfully onboarding clients and managing relationships a portfolio of 60 Mid-market accounts in the Benelux region.

Team is a big word in this company. As you will be one of the first ones on the ground, you have the greatest opportunity to grow within the company. You must be able to learn from your colleagues, and also teach them stuff. In general, it is really appreciated and important that you share similar soft skills. In the team they love to absorb knowledge, read about newest trends and clients.

What’s more, you can of course work from home from time to time and for 2 weeks a year you can even go to one of the other company’s offices to work. Imagine waking up with a view over the Eiffel Tower, hear Big Ben’s bells or eating Tapas for lunch.

To sum up

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B Customer Success/Consulting or a similar role
  • We would love if you have experience in FinTech or other financial background
  • You want to become a product expert
