Customer Support Specialist

Being part of the Customer Support team means you'rr a key player in one of the most important departments within the organisation. You are the main contact point for incoming calls for the customer. You're working closely together with other departments such as Customer Succes, Product and Sales. You are someone who is excited about the growth of the Tech sector and have exceptional communicative skills

Requirements
  • Experience in a customer facing role
  • Curious, proactive, and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and strong English
  • BSc degree preferred
