Role-Enterprise Account Executive (AE):

As an Enterprise AE, you will collaborate with a team of 4 AEs, including 2 dedicated to the German market, alongside 3 SDRs. Your primary responsibility is to qualify leads generated by the SDRs and to turn them into long lasting customers. The sales cycle is 6-9 months and the ARR is 150K+. The DMUs are generally CFO or Finance Directors and occasionally shared service departments as well.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Fluent in German and English
  • 3-4 years of closing experience, ideally with deals with an ARR of 50K+
  • Background in finance is a big plus
  • Openness to feedback
  • Results driven
  • Growth mindset, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement are crucial.
