About the Business Development Representative role 

They're looking for Business Development Representatives that are ready to be at the forefront of driving this company's growth and impact. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be an essential part of their dynamic team, connecting with potential clients and building the foundation for lasting relationships. You'll have the chance to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact on their journey to transform how enterprises operate. 


What you'll be doing as Business Development Representative: 

  • Identifying and researching potential clients who can benefit from their software. 

  • Reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other creative strategies. 

  • Engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their challenges and needs. 

  • Collaborating with the sales team to create tailored solutions that address client pain points. 

  • Contributing to the growth of our client base and the expansion of the company's reach. 


Who you are: 

  • Native/fluent Dutch (mandatory) 

  • Experience as a BDR focused on outbound software solutions (mandatory). A big plus if you have experience within Enterprise/SaaS platforms. 

  • Self-starter who is not afraid to learn from mistakes 

  • Coachable individuals who are open to feedbacks and can apply them for improvements
