Your role as the Head of Customer Success
As the Head of Customer Success, you will oversee the entire post-sales cycle and lead a team of 8 Customer Success Managers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that their clients receive an exceptional customer experience and to foster revenue growth through consultative selling. Collaborating closely with the revenue team and the implementation manager, you will uphold their high standards of service. - Take the helm of my clients customer relationships, ensuring they're happy and engaged, while also hitting our yearly revenue goals.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Implementations to make sure their new customers start off on the right foot.
- Make sure every customer gets a personalized Success Plan Review each quarter.
- Keep an eye on how your team interacts with customers, always looking for ways to make a good experience great.
- Take charge of their Quarterly Success Plan, tweaking it to keep it fresh and effective.
- Lead and coach the Customer Success team.
- Join forces with the Marketing squad to talk to customers in a way that's clear, engaging, and opens doors to new sales chances
What do you bring as a CSM?
- Fluent In English both verbal and writing (Dutch is a big pre)
- A background in Hospitality (Tech)
- You come from a 10 million ARR company
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- You are a strategic thinker with a hands on mentality
