This fast growing start-up is looking for a Head of Demand Generation to skyrocket lead generation and conversion rates. And yes, you can do that from anywhere in Europe as the role is remote first!

On their platform, business and IT collaborate in real time to turn their ideas into tangible software solutions. After launching 1,5 years ago they’ve been growing extremely fast and companies such as Logitech, Michelin and Nestlé use their solution on a daily basis. As it provides their developers with a new way to completely build and upkeep enterprise software, these organizations are able to accelerate their digital transformation and reach their business goals faster. They’re now looking for an ambitious Head of Demand Generation to join their team of 20FTE and take all marketing efforts to the next level.

Your role as the Head of Demand Generation

As the Head of Demand Generation you will be responsible for growing demand generation exponentially, with a focus on driving leads, MQLs and sales opportunities. You will set up persona’s, the inbound strategy and campaigns accordingly. Additionally, you’ll have ownership of the lead generation KPI’s and will monitor performance in order to optimize constantly. Your fresh and experienced perspective will bring new insights and ideas on optimizing ROI. By knowing where to invest, you will be the one to take all marketing efforts to the next level. Your insights will make them more efficient and improve conversion rates. You’ll also serve as the glue between sales, marketing and product as there will a lot of cross-collaborating between teams.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and roll out and execute a multichannel B2B demand generation strategy
  • Analyze, optimize and share findings and conclusions on where to tweak the marketing and sales funnel and how to further improve overall conversion
  • Owning the lead generation KPI’s and adjusting them according to market standards
  • Working closely together with sales, marketing and product colleagues; together with product marketing you will develop a content strategy and with sales you will forecast on targets

What do you bring as a Head of Demand Generation?

  • 4 - 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS / tech demand generation
  • You have experience with a technical target audience and know how to approach them via multiple channels
  • You’re an expert when it comes to analytics and love sharing new insights and making data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of how to work with HubSpot and communities such as GitHub are a big plus
  • You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and love to collaborate with multiple other stakeholders and teams
