This pre series-A company is a rising star within the hospitality technology industry. They have a highly sellable SaaS solution that is improving revenue of hotels by a number of advanced algorithms. They currently are at an ARR level of about €2.500.000.
They are worldwide with over 80 employees and have a team of 5 dedicated on the German market already. This company is planning to raise a substantial series A next year and scale their growth and teams.
Your role as Head of Sales Germany
As heard of sales Germany you’ll play an essential role in the expansion of the company in the DACH region. You will be leading a team of 5 from the start, divided across SDR's and Account Executives. There is a huge total addressable market in Germany and the product is highly proven in other markets. All the ingredients are there, it is your job to make it a big success!
- Hire and build a team from 4 to 20 Sales reps
- Meet and exceed sales quota
- Create and execute a winning strategy for the region
What do you bring as an Account Executive?
- At least 2-5 years of SMB SaaS Sales experience
- Previous experience coaching/managing people
- Ambitous and entrepreneurial mindset
What can you expect from this opportunity?
- Salary between €80.000 and €100.000k OTE
- Remote position
