About the role:

CSMs have their own book of business (about 60 accounts valued at 1.5M), and their responsibilities include:

  • Managing security awareness campaigns and advise customers on cyber security measures.
  • Carrying out commercial negotiations (including renewals and upsells).
  • Offer proactive support to customers, ancitipate their potential needs.
  • Sharing product feedback with the development team.


Who you are:

  • You bring 1-3+ years of practical experience as a Customer Success Manager or other B2B customer facing role (preferably, in a SaaS/Cybersecury/Elearning context).
  • You are confident discussing commercial details with customers (renewals and upsells), and a teamplayer who enjoys knowledge-sharing.
  • You speak German at a native/bilingual level, and are fluent in English.
  • You are based in the European Union, preferably near Cologne/Berlin/Munich (this position may require travel for client visits once a quarter).


The Package:

💸Financial Package, depending on years of relavant experience:

  • Junior, 1-2 years: €50k-€55k OTE (45k-48k Base + 5k-8k Variable)
  • Medior, 3-4 years: €60k-€70k OTE (50k-55k Base + 10k-15k Variable)
  • Senior, 5+ years: €80k-€90k OTE (60k-65k Base + 20k-30k Variable)
