Your Future Employer:

MISSION: Empower accommodation providers to maximize their revenue by optimizing their prices (the average revenue growth of their clients is +30%!)
PRODUCT: a SaaS Solution for the Hospitality Industry that maximizes occupancy and revenue per room through dynamic pricing (taking factors like seasonality and competitors pricing into account).
CULTURE: A collaborative and data/driven team of 140 employees working from DACH, UK, Italy and Spain.

What you bring/Who you are:

  • You have 2-3 years experience selling Software solutions to SMB and/or to the hotel buyer persona.
  • You speak German (C2/Native) and English (B2/Fluent).
  • You are based in the European Union.
  • You are hands-on, coachable, a team player, and not afraid to make mistakes on your journey to success.

The job: Gaining market share in the respective region through efficient sale cycle.

  • Closing opportunities sourced, contacted, and qualified by your SDR colleagues (80 negotiations a month). The average sales cycle is 2 weeks and the average deal size is €1k-2.5k ARR.
  • Maintain exemplary CRM hygiene to maximize productivity and foster good internal communication.
  • Conduct data analysis of your pipeline’s performance and integrate the learnings to maximize your success!

The Interview Process:

  1. Screening by Nobel Recruitment (45min).
  2. First Interview 'Chemistry Chat' with Head of Sales (30min).
  3. Case Study Interview with VP Sales (60min).
  4. Final Interview with CCO & co-founder.
