Your role
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our platform to potential clients
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruitment or ATS platforms is a plus
