About the role
As a Junior Account Manager, your main job is to connect with their existing customers by phone, engage in meaningful conversations, and uncover their unique business challenges. As part of their extraordinary team, your primary focus will be on upselling cutting-edge online solutions that can transform their businesses. Your ability to listen, empathize, and think creatively will make you become a trusted partner in their digital journey. You'll also be an integral part of their close-knit team that values effective communication and collaboration above all else.
What you'll be doing:

Proactively approach existing customers through phone calls

Emphasize with the customers, identify & analyze their challenges/problems, and advise with tailored solutions

Turn a dissatisfied customer into an advocate

Actively communicate with senior managers to create and improve your sales strategies

Go extra miles to satisfy customers
Who you are:
-
Native/bilingual Dutch and fluent English
-
0-2 years experience, open to fresh graduates (telesales experience is a huge plus)

HBO work and thinking level

Hunter mindset and driven to achieve targets

Passion for communicating with customers

Coachable: strong eagerness and desire to learn and improve their skills

Strong written and verbal communication
