About the Junior Account Manager role
Your role as a Junior Account Manager is to develop new business opportunities across US markets. Your key tasks include identifying potential customers, contacting & engaging with them, understanding their pain points, and positioning the company as the solution.
You will be responsible for connecting with prospects using multiple channels (phones, emails, Linkedin, etc.) Your primary goal is to generate qualified opportunities which you will work together with experienced Account Executives to progress and close together.
You will be part of a fun, young, and dynamic sales team that promotes a collaborative culture to extensively support the growth of every individual.
What you'll be doing as Junior Account Manager:

Proactively seek and approach potential new customers through calls, emails, and other channels

Research and identify prospect’s needs and to generate interest and build a good rapport

Set up demos and calls between prospects and the sales reps

Proactively develop sales pipeline with qualified sales opportunities

Consistently reach and exceed key performance indicators (lead generations and qualified meetings per month)
Who you are:

Native/fluent English
-
Self-starter who is not afraid to learn from mistakes

Coachable individuals who are open to feedbacks and can apply them for improvements
-
+6 months experience in sales (preferred but not required). Also plus if you already have experience working in the US market

High motivation to exceed targets and make an impact to the team
