About the Role
As a Junior Business Developer, you'll be part of an exciting journey to discover new business opportunities and make the initial connections that will make an impact in the world of HR tech.
Your goal is to reach out to HR professionals, managers, and visionary directors/owners who seek the perfect candidate but face challenges in their recruitment process. Through engaging telephone conversations, you'll be the empathetic listener who truly understands their unique needs and challenges.
Forget about traditional sales pitches – your approach is all about building authentic connections. You'll be a reliable and supportive discussion partner, not just a "pushy" seller. Their focus is on providing valuable content and unwavering support to potential partners. By nurturing trust and collaboration, you'll open doors to remarkable opportunities.
What you'll be doing

Calling and qualifying prospects. Starting a meaningful conversation to understand their pain points.

Schedule demos for the senior colleagues who will take the sales process further. Your engagement in the demo will increase as your experience grows.

No need to acquire new leads yourself. You will have all the tools and people who will do this for you. Your job is to conduct market research into the ideal customer profile and how you can approach them.

You will work closely with other departments (marketing, product team, etc.) to develop new sales strategies. Your input and ideas will always be heard!
What are they looking for

Native level of Dutch and fluent English

Fresh graduates are welcome

1 year of telephone sales or recruitment experience is nice-to-have

Minimum HBO working and thinking level (bachelor's degree preferred)

Willingness to work a minimum of 32 hours.
