But what does it take to get it all?

You main role is to close deals. As an AE, you will get many inbound leads generated by the founding team and from SDRs agencies and ambassadors, but your role will also include outbound. Experience with KAM is also great. It is preferred that you have sold on the global 🌍 market (excluding Asia & Africa) and open for travelling ✈️.

 

The sales cycle varies from 2 months up to 12 months, depending on sizes of the deal. Average deals are between 24K and 74K ARR (based on monthly subscription) -> so the deals vary a lot and experience with MidMarket & Enterprise is needed.

 

The ideal candidate has sold a SaaS solution to Retail before, ideally with background in E-commerce and knowledge of the fashion industry. Since the company very much is in the start-up phase, someone who has worked in a start-up is ideal.

 

Career growth is immense and a Sales Director role is realistic when the time is right and the person has proven himself.

This solution analyzes the end-customer’s skin, eyebrows, face-shape, etc and recommends the customer what frame looks best and fits personality.
