Note: This is a hybrid role from the Netherlands (Utrecht province) and a native/bilingual level of Dutch is required to be a successful applicant.

Your role as a Lead Account Executive:
You will be responsible for expanding the customer base in the Netherlands and adding 500k revenue during your first year.
  • You will have full autonomy to set up the Sales strategy of the organization.
  • You will lead deals from prospecting to close.
  • (Once the strategy is finalized). You will hire and lead your own sales team. 
What do you bring as a Lead Account Executive?
  • You have at least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS.
  • You have experience leading a small team, or a strong aspiration to become Head of Sales.
  • You are a native or bilingual Dutch speakers.
  • You are based in the Utrecht province or willing to commute.

The Selection Process:
1. Get-to-know conversation with COO (30min).
2. Interview with COO and HR Consultant (1h).
3. Final Interview and Case Study with CEO (1h).
