This client brings transparency to the marketing spending of large enterprises. Their model-driven SaaS solution already helps clients in the likes of American Express, Vodafone, and KPN to get a competitive advantage when it comes to smart ad spending.  

The company was founded in 2014 and after raising funds in 2020, they are now in the scaling-up phase. The goal for 2023 is sustainable growth. They want to scale their team form the current 60 employees to 80 by the end of next year. A major focus of theirs is the Customer Success Department.  

 

Your role as a Customer Success Manager  

In this role you’ll be expected to cultivate on existing client partnerships in a consultative manner. The goal of a CSM here is to truly become a trusted advisor of the client and less commercially focused. You will be developing and executing an account management strategy to help your portfolio (7-8 clients) reach their planned milestones.

To be successful in this role it is vital to be naturally curious and to lead the collaboration with cross-departmental team members (such as data scientists, new business sales, and product development) to deliver complete business solutions.

 

What do you need to have?

3+ years of relevant experience (media consulting or CSM at a SaaS business)

BSc or MSc

Strong communication skills and hands on mentality

Open to travel to clients on weekly basis

Based in the Netherlands
