My client is an international B2B SaaS company with offices on three continents. They have different business units, and you will focus on their data experimentation platform.

They are responsible for product content, commerce, personalisation and experimentation for some of the biggest companies across different industries. Role
You will join us as a Data Product Manager for our client in Amsterdam. In this role, you must establish the strategy for their data platform and work closely with stakeholders to manage roadmap enhancements.

Technical experience is essential because you must know data pipelines and APIs from various sources, such as corporate strategy, customer feedback, market insight, sales recommendations, etc. My client wants someone comfortable being a central figure for their enterprise partners.

An analytical mindset is crucial because you must develop a deep understanding of your customer’s pain points, delivering solutions that propel growth and customer retention. Communication is vital because you will work with engineering teams to bring the product to life with agile development methodologies. Unfortunately, this role is not for you if you struggle to communicate with the technical teams.

The ideal candidate can provide direction for engineering and quality teams. You will have to analyse product quality and engagement performance with internal tools.

Experience
They are a growing company working with large enterprise partners. However, they do not have a “playbook” for every scenario. If you want to be a Data Product Manager for them, you need to be able to think independently and find your answers to problems as they present themselves.

Please apply if you match these criteria:
  • Over three years of experience as a Product Manager with marketing technology.
  • Proven track record of working on data platforms with SaaS and B2B products.
  • Experience building technologies on top of Snowflake, AWS, and other marketing technology systems.
  • Ideally, you have successfully taken marketing technology products through the entire product lifecycle.

It would help if you had an analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and were willing to learn daily.
