About the role
They need you to further conquer the Netherlands (working remotely is possible - but it would be nice to have you in the office as well)! This company is looking for a ‘Real Sales Rockstar’ and further develop their fast-growing business and drive their growth. You work on the prospecting process: the first steps of customer contact. You are involved in qualifying leads through our marketing department, following up with customers, and improving the Sales & Business Development operations. You come up with smart ideas on how to identify new opportunities and how to approach potential customers. And the more you know about what the customers want, the more you can support them in the further development of their product in the first steps of customer contact.


What you will achieve in the first year

  • Growing into an absolute boss expert in this Learning and Development field
  • Qualify and generate a full pipeline of interesting prospects by phone / email / other channels
  • Booking meetings with the next potential client(s)
  • Increasing their brand awareness
  • Evaluating outcomes and lessons learned based on data
  • Contribute to the improvement of their sales strategy
  • Your own growth within the company (becoming an Account Executive or Account Manager)


Who are you?

  • A Dutch native/professional speaker
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role
  • A starter with a strong commercial ambition
  • Previous experience (through part-time jobs or internships) in business development, sales, or acquisition.
  • A team player that is buzzing with ideas and energy and does not give up
  • Ability to work independently
  • Not afraid of being creative and is motivated by targets
