What do they need? 

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified individual to fill the role of Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and expertise in the e-commerce industry, with practical experience in implementation or webshop management, and a strong understanding of B2B and B2C e-commerce.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with our sales, marketing, customer service, and professional services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success on the platform. You will be instrumental in identifying and addressing customer needs, monitoring satisfaction levels, and seeking ways to improve our offerings.

In this new role, you will be required to engage customers at the stakeholder and c-level, identify their long-term goals, and demonstrate how the tool can help them achieve their objectives. You will be working closely with decision-makers, budget authorities, and management to develop strategies that enhance our customers' experience and support their growth.

Additionally, you will be expected to initiate and lead structured follow-up actions in partnership with our customer service, professional services, and sales teams, to address customer complaints and identify potential improvements for our products and services. You will also play a crucial role in monitoring progress internally and with our customers, and proactively seek opportunities to extend and upgrade existing contracts.


7+ years of experience in CSM / E-commerce / Account management 
Fluent in Dutch and English 
HBO or higher education
