Your role as a Senior Customer Success Manager
My client is currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to strengthen their EMEA team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of approximately 30 high-value clients in the Benelux region. Your ability to build and nurture strong client relationships will be crucial in this position, and you'll have the creative freedom to determine your approach.
In addition to fostering these valuable relationships, my client places a great focus on the commercial aspect of customer success. You'll be expected to identify opportunities for both upselling and cross-selling, actively driving them to successful outcomes. Beyond these responsibilities, this role presents an amazing opportunity for personal and professional growth. What do you need to have ?
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, German or Dutch would be a nice to have. (I can't take your application in consideration if you don't speak Dutch)
- 8 years of experience in CS and experience with a complex product.
- Affinity or experience with E-commerce
- Passion and enthusiasm for Customer Success is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A track record of performing in a commercial environment
- Entrepreneurial and problem solving skills
