This rapidly growing organisation needs a Principal Product Manager for their payments vertical to join their international team. Their philosophy celebrates the "culture add" concept over the traditional notion of "culture fit."

As a Principal Product Manager specialising in payments, your role becomes pivotal in seamlessly integrating payment service providers, enhancing the user experience, and ensuring a flawless payment process. You will be in charge of pay-ins, ledgers, and pay-outs globally.

Qualifications
  • At least five years of experience in product management for the B2B SaaS market.
  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of managing a product/platform with a pay-ins, ledgers, and pay-outs solution.
  • It would be nice to have someone familiar working in local as well as new emerging markets.
  • You are fluent in English and willing to be in their Amsterdam office at least three days per week.
  • Ideally, you have worked on user onboarding in the payment sectors and launching in new countries.
  • You are coming from the fin-tech, e-commerce, travel, or ticketing industries because they need someone who can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
Manage key business and product KPIs to measure your team's impact. Collaborate with payment providers, introducing new features, methods, and currencies and promptly resolving customer payment issues.

Connect with users, uncover challenges, validate solutions, and drive adoption while focusing on their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, engineering managers, and stakeholders, to align on upcoming releases for excellence.

They are a growing business. You will report directly to the VP of Product but also have to communicate directly to the entire C-Level Team.

In this dynamic setting, proactive problem-solving is essential. You'll anticipate challenges in feature development and provide practical yet aggressive solutions. Your expertise will extend beyond the surface as you deeply understand all product components within their platform.

You must be ready to be the "go-to person" for all payments-related tasks for the product to ensure they give their end users the best service.
