Your role as the Team lead of customer success

my  client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Success lead who will help them in the next phase of growth. This exciting role involves overseeing a team of 7 FTE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully leading commercial CS teams within a scale-up environment.

Working closely with the VP of sales, key stakeholders, and the support team, the selected candidate will face a goal to streamline the current way of working within the CS team and to utilize you experience to make this a success.  

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse personalities within the team. They must excel at providing individualized coaching, leveraging team members' strengths optimally, and driving growth and development within the team.

What do you need to have ?
  •  Fluent in French and English is a must, German or Dutch would be a nice to have.
  • based in Brussel 
  • Affinity with the world of construction is a huge pre. 
  • minimum of 2 years of leadership experience as a team lead in CS 
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Customer Success is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A track record of over performing in a commercial environment
  • Entrepreneurial and problem solving skills
