Your role as Enterprise Account Executive
As the Account Executive you will join a growing international team that’s taking the L&D space by storm. By focusing on bringing in new clients you will have an immense impact on the growth of the business from the early stages.
You’ll be in charge of your own strategy and manage the big players within the Benelux market. It will be your job to prospect, do online demos, F2F meetings and manage negotiations to turn prospects into customers. Initially you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle. You will also be involved in rolling out the pilots for these large enterprises once you’ve closed them.
Since you’re helping companies with getting their employees better, the stakeholders you will deal with are mainly L&D Directors and HR Directors but also C-Level executives. If you have experience selling into these types of stakeholders with longer sales cycles, it’s a huge plus!
The HQ is located in Berlin, and the role is completely remote. You have lots of freedom and flexibility to put in your work, and closely work with SDR’s and CSM’s to conquer the Benelux.
- Min. of 3+ years of experience in enterprise selling (preferably SaaS)
- Excellent Dutch and English (Flemish highly preferred)
- Professional and confident presence combined with strong communication skills
- You are solution-oriented and can work independently
