Account Executive DACH – AI (140K OTE)

Their product is targetted at Enterprise’s Customer Success & Sales teams, and it maximizes their efficiency by 250-300%.

The Package:
💵 OTE 140.000€, (Base Salary up to €70k, 50:50 split, uncapped commission)

The Role:
This is a full-cycle sales role in which you will have full ownership of your pipeline from prospecting, to product presentation, to close.
The product presentation is followed by a paid pilot phase of 4 months, which has an average win of 80%.

  • Average Deal Size: €50k for Mid-Market, 100k for Entreprise.
  • Average Sales Cycle: 6 months for Mid-Market, 10 months for Entreprise.

The Requirements:

  • You have at least 1 year of experience as an Account Executive in a closing role, with a complex product (preferably CRM) and selling to large Mid-Market/Entreprise.
  • You are a Tech enthusiast with a genuine interest in AI.
  • You are willing to travel to/within the DACH area every 1-2 months for client visits and team events.
  • You speak German at a native/bilingual level.
