Account Executive DACH (SaaS Sustainability)

This is a hybrid role (from Amsterdam & surroundings) and fluency in German is required to be a successful applicant.

Our partner is on a mission is to help companies achieve their sustainability goals by bringing suppliers (certificate sellers) and demand (companies using green energy) together through SaaS.

This leading global provider was founded in Amsterdam in 2020 backed up by a major investor and has now grown to 50 employees.

Your role as Senior Account Executive – DACH

As their Account Executive, you will be responsible for educating prospects in the DACH region on their renewable energy consumption and helping them achieve their sustainability goals.

  • Leads: you will be working with a dedicated BDR as well as with the Marketing department, but you must be eager to complement it with your own outbound activities.
  • Deal Size: Over the past year the deal sizes have increased from around 30K ARR to 75K ARR, as well as some first 6-figure deals on enreprise.
  • Deal Cycle: 4-6 months.

This role is for you, if…

  • You have 3-4 years of SaaS sales experience in full-cycle or closing role, preferably within the Sustainability field.
  • You have a solution-selling or value-selling approach to your work and are comfortable navigating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Your values include: integrity, accountability, teamwork, emotional intelligence -and, of course- sustanability (familiarity with Energy Trading Risk Management is a plus!)
  • You speak German and English at a native/bilingual level.
  • You are based in Amsterdam, or willing to relocate.
