This company is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help the established European sales team grow and execute aggressive growth in the Netherlands.

Your role as an Account Executive
As an Account Executive you will use your extensive experience, domain experience and consultative selling skills to continue gaining ground in the Netherlands. Your mission: closing new business deals and build win-win relationships! You will focus on generating new business (B2B), managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating with different teams internally. Moreover, you will be responsible on expanding existing accounts.
Main roles and responsibilities:
- Closing deals with large healthcare organizations across the Netherlands
- Qualifying, managing, progressing and closing new business opportunities.
- Develop a robust pipeline through existing accounts, and your own sourcing of new business opportunities and expansions (cold calling, lead generation and networking).
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with C-level executives/ decision makers
- Managing complex sales cycles
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Support and Product
What do you bring as an Enterprise Account Executive?
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales environment (Enterprise level) selling complex solutions and services in the technology area (open to close).
- A background within healthcare is a huge plus
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and technology.
- Enhanced communication skills with the ability to negotiate to C-suite executives.
- Thinking like an entrepreneur with a strong drive for success and the desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
