Account Executive (HR Tech) – 80K OTE – Eindhoven

It's a data driven platform that provides employers with accurate information of how to get employees to be happier at the workplace. Their mission is to provide more guidance to employees, allowing them to perform better by increasing their engagement. 

They are a startup based in Eindhoven with around 15 FTEs, founded in 2012 following a sustainable growth. Their main USP, making them different from other competitors, is their work culture that evolves around Trust and attention. 💁‍♀️

The sales team is composed of a Team Lead, managing 3 team members including business development and customer success managers.

About the function 🎢

As an Account Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

– Full sales cycle, from qualification to close 
– Mostly inbound leads (webinars, marketing, events, website, ads)
– Achieving 2 – 3 demos per week 
– Required to perform outbound when the pipeline gets dry
– A sales process is composed of usually 3 meetings (demo, follow-up session, negotiation & close based on a proposal)
– The license is 800 Euros MRR (average deal size around 10K ARR)
– Reaching out mainly to HR directors as stakeholders 
– Possibility to upgrade on the license packages 

About the profile 😎

Entrepreneurship is what makes all employees connect in this startup, that mindset is key. The Ideal candidate moreover should have: 

– Around 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or IT but other industries could also be relevant
– Closing experience is a must 
– The role is Dutch speaking 
– Hubspot experience is preferred 
– Drive, fire and energy are essential qualifies 
– Looking for someone who would go the extra mile 
– Someone based around Eindhoven, South Holland

🤑 A base salary around 3500 – 5000 Euros per month.
🚀 A commission structure around 30% of your base salary. 
🪂 Unlimited holidays.
🙆 2 days in the office (Monday – Friday).
🙋‍♀️ Freedom to work from home, a cafe or remotely. 
🚗 Possibility to lease a car or reimburse public transport (personalized depending on the candidate).
