Account Executive – Remote Benelux

About the company

This SaaS startup specializes in quality management software solutions designed to streamline and enhance quality control processes within organizations. In short, they help companies to reduce costs, improve quality, lower compliance risks, and increasing information visibility. It’s a remote company with 20 FTE that has over 150 clients globally and has grown 40% YoY over the past years!

Your role as Account Executive

  • 80% of the role is focused on bringing in new business while 20% is account management and expansion
  • You will be supported in terms of lead generation via partners while there is also a healthy amount of inbound leads through strong marketing efforts
  • You are a strong consultative seller with exceptional skills in discovery, demo, proposals and of course negotiation and closing
  • You will run cycles of 6+ months and close deals starting at €20K ARR all the way up to €100K ARR+
  • You will be targeting prospects primarily in Benelux will have the opportunity to work with “rest of world” prospects/clients as well.

Who are you?

  • You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Track record of selling €30K ARR + deals
  • You enjoy working autonomously, while still having the team player spirit to meet with colleagues once a month
  • Excellent Dutch and English skills
  • Experience selling to the manufacturing industry is big plus
