As an AE your main goals is to map out the market, create a list of leads and reach out to them. You will be doing the full sales cycle, depending on the seniority, getting guidance from senior colleagues and the founder.

The role is more towards transactional sales, towards restaurants, event places, experience companies.

Average Deal Size € 2000 — Deal Cycle 30 days
Clients: SMB and within the Taste, Tours, Sports, Nature, Culture, Destinations, market places and Hotels industries.

Leads via: Sales Navigator, google, referrals, Existing Hubspot base, events, inbounds and marketing. Outbound as you wish, as long as it works 😉

Targets: 23k ACV per month, 69k per quarter. Commission paid quarterly.

Promotion: As the team scales and there is a business need, opportunities will be available. Typically someone will need to be in their role for 12 months before looking at promotion to Senior AE. 

Important requirement, you speak natively Swedish.
