 Nobel Recruitment have recently engaged with a very exciting financial security SaaS business who are rapidly expanding their team due to some recent significant client wins.

They have grown more than 100% in the last quarter alone and boast some of the world’s largest banks and FinTech start ups as clients! With 200 employees & 4 offices at only 3 years of age, it’s evident that their product is market leading. Good news for the sales organisation…

Additionally, with VC backing over 20m and a very strong leadership team, they are looking to capitalise on their recent growth and take the next step in their expansion. For 2021, they are on track to grow even more. Will you be their next Account Executive to join them on their journey?

What Do You Bring?

  • A Consultative approach to sales with previous experience in FinTech being particularly attractive.
  • A solid understanding of the SaaS industry and how Enterprise sales work.
  • Experience in a dynamic and fast moving environment that is ever changing and adapting.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience. Perhaps some mentorship too to help with our more junior members of the team…

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience in sales / business development.
  • Native understanding and use of English (German, Italian, French or Spanish is a huge bonus).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; preferably in finance.
  • Ambitious attitude that underpins everything you do and you partner this with a consultative sales approach. Some would say a ‘smooth operator’.
