Company

Cyber Security has never been more important than now. With their Data Protection software they have already become successful, despite having a start-scale up status. They are doing great in Nordics, a team of 8 sales in Germany and now expanding in the French Market.

 

In total they have 18 SDRs already, working closely with designated AEs. Great school to become good in sales and take the step into Account Executive, where promotion is up for grabs.

 

Clients they focus on are from SMBs, MidMarket and Enterprise. Some notable clients on board are Carlsberg, Porsche, Saxo Bank. Deal sizes are around $36k ARR.

 

Main traits needed in 3 words: Curious, Independent and Hungry

 

In France they have 3 AEs, 1 SDR, Team Lead and now looking for an extra SDR to help them scale

 

Role

As a SDR your main goal is to map out the market, create a list of leads and reach out to them. Book meetings for the Account Executives to close.

 

Talking in football terms. You are the winger, crossing it in for the striker to tap it in. Oh yes, if you love football, then their office is 100% a match for you. 😉

 

Targets: 8 meetings booked per month, 75% lead to follow up meeting. Average amount of calls/outreaches per week is 300 (60 pr day)

 

Tools you will be given is Salesforce, Salesloft, Navigator and many others. But ideally, your best friend is the phone. Cold calling, specially when opening a new market, will be a must.

 

Important requirement, you speak fluent French.
