About the role

As part of their expansion in The Netherlands, their team is looking for a business development operator, someone who would be in charge of prospecting and generating leads using the most advanced sales tools and technologies. How important is this? 

Imagine how many leads would you possibly generate if you're targeting multiple channels simultaneously…   

So to sum it up, there are 2 dimensions to this role: 
– Technical / sales ops and building sequences
– Cold calling, outbound / outreach and prospecting

Your goal would be to book as many demos of the solution as possible, being the 1st point of contact to potential clients & 1st step towards building a sales pipeline. 

The role is based in Amsterdam, reporting to the head of growth of the Benelux region. 

Requirements & ideal profile 

Quite a crucial role, which requires solid skills and qualities:
– Someone who holds an HBO degree 
– Fluent in Dutch as you will be focusing on the Dutch market
– Ideally SaaS B2B sales experience 
– Door 2 door / call center experience are much appreciated 
– Affinity with the Tech industry is important 
– Not afraid to pick up the phone
– Not afraid of rejections 
– Eager, humble and proactive are important qualities
